Chicago Politics tracks Chicago's legislative branch, the City Council, and its 50 alderpersons: every key roll-call vote, committee, meeting video and transcript, and the legislation that shapes each ward. It is independent and nonpartisan. Data comes from the Office of the City Clerk and the Chicago Data Portal and was last refreshed October 6, 2026.
