Checking you. Go back to the picture with the rendering on it. Yes, what does that do for the young people in the building? What was this? Yes, good question what this doesn't keeps children between the Canter Elementary School and also Kenwood Academy to travel in between the two buildings without going outside. The buildings where safety is a concern and also every and eliminates the is Chicago weather that we have here in the city. So it's both a safety and although with when with weather. Subway so basically you So basically, I'm building a bridge. a very nice Bridge what is What are the ages of the young people? Who are is this a k is this a elementary school? It is an elementary school between 7th and 8th graders will travel to Kenwood Academy High School through have classes. It's And so that was the the intention of the blink. Can you? Can you go back to when you go to the slide? I want to say 6. I think it was listen. it If that's that's the one. so So we pay in literally 13 million dollars for a bridge or not. You're a bridge it would also include mechanical and electrical upgrades of the existing building or the gymnasium and the natatorium, which is the gym pool. So heating and cooling for the gym and said if I didn't hear the last I'm sorry cooling for the gym. And then also heating heating and cooling for not only just a link but also for the natatorium as well, which is the pool. What is the $84,000 around Environmental? all of All of that is an estimate of Just What We believe is environmental conditions CPS conducts five-year and 10-year assessments of all their buildings regarding environmental conditions that may or may not be there. So what we do with that environmental assessment we put that within our plan for construction. And so with that plan we are within the assessment we identify areas and maybe if concern and if there is no concern right that's that's better for the project and if there is a concern we at least have it identified in a comp work if approved by city council, what's the timeline on this and how would it affect the education of young people in both buildings? The impact will be felt. write a Right away as the community has been looking forward to this. Not only just Kenwood Academy of the principal and they're in the community for their students traveling to and from cancer and to Kenwood as of right now recent discussions with the public building commission will be taking on this project. We are looking to go out to bid on in January to where we were the procurement process. Hopefully to Ward sometime in February and start the construction process right been on notice to proceed right around February and February and we're looking to it is a goal to have this done by November of 2024. So that also includes the air handler units for the gym and also within the natatorium we do have some long-lead items when it comes to the mechanical equipment. What for the the link which is the most important I bet. That were here for is our goal is to have that ready and available before school starts in September of next year. There will be no summer school. No, that's not a conversation. So this link will not affect any activities within the existing buildings both buildings for this is outside of what would be considered the Scholastic arrow through the chair. Can we get a timeline when we have practice start this? Thank you. Thank you met with you. Thank you. Thank you all the way. Thank you. All the men Mitchell.
