first of two items I have. This is a location on the 4700
block of North Damen Ravenswood, station, Bar and Grill,
which has been open for many years. Unfortunately, their
former owner closed, the business at the height of the
covid-19. Pandemic, we have two new owners who are looking
to take over operation of that business, which is just down
the block from the Damon Brown Line stop. So obviously got
a lot of foot traffic around there. Just a stone's, throw
away from a metro stop is well on their Community Support,
both from the neighbors Association, as well as the local
Chamber of Commerce and would ask for this committee
support.
