We will now begin with the items before the committee, starting with the direct introduction ordinances on pages one and two. So moves, hearing, no objection. So ordered. Let us turn to pages three through 12 for the recommended portion of the agenda. Item seven on page five will be held in committee. We will now turn to pages 13 through 17 for the no recommendation portion of the agenda, which are items that receive no recommendation from city departments. These ordinances were submitted as overrides are on the agenda of the request. Request of the order person or do not require departmental approval for items 13 and 14 on page 13, 11 and 15 on page 1418. On page 15, 20 on page 16 and one, six and seven, on page 17, we received substitute ordinances that make changes to the language per CDOs recommendation. These substitutes were emailed and distributed today. Can I have a motion to accept the substitute ordinances?
