Um, good, well, good afternoon committee. So I wanted to
speak on uh, terminologies used for this.
I guess lack of resources for the kids that come downtown
and y'all call it the violent team. Take over.
Um, these events have taken place now in 2023 2024, but I
was looking for the cost.
Of it. Like they, they said, it's property damages that
place for the fact that we have to call in more resources
from CPD and a host of different things. However, this is
in the second, ward, and Mr. Laspada, yours is the First
Ward. So you would have a concern, right?
But there's no provision set up.
It's like war or it's like any event. If we plan for it, I
don't know what how it was planned for Saturday. With
thousands of people come downtown March through the streets
in regards to what hands off.
Well I want to say hands off. I want to say hands off the
black community or trying to use negative terminologies or
trying to politicize bull crap
Like events where children who have no resources in their
communities come downtown and then they say, to the amount
of 300 individuals, how do you have 300 people assembled in
an area without there being no Provisions against it? 300
individuals, I would say 8 black Americans in the streets
and there's going to be calls.
But you got 300 kids to set up.
In a business district at that.
That suspected me where these kids even from Chicago, are
just like those individuals, the thousand people that were
bused into the city, the demonstrate through our city. So
if that would have turned chaotic, then what we would have
to pay the price as constituents. The taxpayers take the
hit for y'all. What?
I don't know what it is, but let's just say that to call
children violent, to criminalize them for 4, to 8 hours.
Let's place the blame where it should be
on the people that should be making plans against it
happening.
To the people that should have set up Provisions to the
people that should know how to coordinate, instead of
scream at the media and call out a whole constituency of
people.
Black violent team, take over.
Jewish violent team, take over.

1 lady gets shot from Connecticut. Now everybody going
crazy it's kids getting murdered every day in the streets.
Such as other City, they don't pass and wait and remember

use pedestrian ways without being attacked by grown, adult,
