The project is referred to, as the Fidelity building, and it will allow St Ignatius to further educate their mission. Uh, and to serve the students in their educational training on the easel. The first easel, there is a rendering of the proposed 5 story building that were were planning on proposing. And to be built at that site, the vacation, ordinance restricts, the vacated area and South May to educational purposes, only for perpetuity, uh, we have met with Alderman. Uh, we've met with ottoman Conway and received a letter of support from him. Uh, the applicant also has people Representatives today from Patrick Easter Day from Walsh Construction. I mean this looks very consistent with the existing infra uh, buildings in the area. I was just wondering if someone could speak to that design element. Sure. Uh, this is very consistent with the other buildings we have on the campus and what we've tried to do is in each and every building we put up or refer refurbish, we try to have the architecture consistent throughout and that's what this building is done. Good morning, Bossa Chief Financial Officer for St. Ignatius College, um, exactly. Uh, what was just said, um, the entire campus was built out with the thought to ensure that there's a consistent look and feel for the entire campus. So that students, when they enter 1 building, they feel like they've been In every single building and um, because of the campus where it's located, it's really important for us to have that look and feel. And actually these renderings are very similar to building that used to be there many, many, many years ago, um, with a similar name as well. So we really want to ensure the community has that look and feel. Yeah, well uh my daughter was just in a summer program there so it's a great institution of learning and uh you know, very supportive of this effort, congratulations. Yeah. This this building is just right behind Holy Family Church, which is just a, a real architectural gem for our city which and so this is all being very consistent with the development program. Any, any other questions from members of the of the committee? I will let, uh, on Conway close it out. Yeah, I would. I, I mean, I think based on the um, Comments and body language of all of you. I think we all know this is a non-controversial wonderful project. I'm obviously fully supportive uh and it does really go with the architecture. It's worth the 1. I got married at Holy Family Church. So I can certainly tell you that it uh, fits with the architecture there. So um, I asked you all the supportive which I'm confident you will thank you. All right I don't see how we wouldn't, I mean St. Ignatius graduates will come looking for us. That is that's a wonderful project for our record. All right, um, okay.
