# Search legislation

Search all legislation (ordinances, resolutions, orders, appointments...). Newest first by final action or introduction date. Routine items (e.g. parking permits) are excluded unless include_routine=true.

| `sort` | string |  | One of: `newest`, `oldest`. Default `newest`. |
| `limit` | integer |  | Default `50`. |
